How the shop works
Four things, done properly.
01Specify the system
Tell us the building. We pick the cameras, the recorder, the drive size and the cable run before anyone spends a dollar.
02Sell it as an authorized dealer
Genuine USA stock, sealed by the manufacturer, with every accessory in the box and the full factory warranty behind it.
03Install it across the boroughs
Mounted, aimed, wired and labelled, with the recorder set up and your phone showing the cameras before we leave.
04Answer the phone afterwards
Same number, same people, whether a drive fills up two years later or a camera drifts after a storm.
We come out and install it ourselves.
Cable run, mounting, aiming, the recorder configured and your phone showing the cameras before we pack up. One trip, one bill, no subscription.

Upsell calls after you order
We do not phone you to push accessories or extended warranties. The order ships as you placed it.
Shipping priced like shipping
You see the total before you commit, and we ship to Canada and overseas when other dealers will not.
Trained on the gear we sell
Authorized dealers buy direct, get manufacturer training and can actually get a warranty honored. That is the part you feel two years later, not on the day you buy.

Parts behind the counter
