Adjustable Sensor, Choose Your Exact Distance From 4 Inches - 2 Feet

The default distance is set to turn the red light on at approximately 6 inches from the sensor. If you would like a different warning distance you can pull right up against the sensor and/or garage entry and then simply push the set distance button firmly. You can also loosen the wing nut on the garage door track mount and move the entire parking sensor in and out to get a better view of it from your vehicle.

Approach

As the driver starts to pull into the garage the STKR Garage Side Parking Sensor will sense the vehicle and give a green light if the vehicle is far enough away from the entry indicating it is safe to proceed.

Slow Down

A yellow light will illuminate if the driver is getting too close to the side of the garage as a warning to slow down and possibly make adjustments.

Stop

The red light and siren are warning you that you are too far over and will possibly hit your mirror. Readjust your vehicle.
