1. All merchandise falls under our 1 or 2-year warranty (Exception- Time Lapse Recorders have a 6month warranty on the heads & Capstan motor and a 1-year warranty on the rest of the equipment.) Improper packing of equipment with sub-sequential packing material causing damage will void the warranty.

2. Repairs made necessary by reason of misuse, alteration, normal wear, or accident are not covered under this warranty.

3. Any product returned to us must be securely packaged and have an assigned “Return Merchandise Authorization” number. 1-718-275-9343 to obtain an RMA number. This number must be clearly displayed on the shipping label and a note explaining why the merchandise was returned must be included.

4. Any merchandise returnedwithout a “RMA”number may be returned unopened to the sender at their expense. We’ll not accept any merchandise that is not shipped to us PREPAID.

5. Any unit shipped to us under warranty for repair and found not to be defective will be returned to the sender at their expense.

6. All “in warranty” products requiring service will be repaired or replaced upon the option of AHE. For all “non-warranty” service, an estimate of repair cost will be given upon inspection of the product. We require an authorization for repairs before they will be started.

7. Any merchandise purchased may be returned (IN NEW UNUSED CONDITION) within 10 days of purchase for a full credit. Item must be in a resalable condition complete with accessories and documents.

8. Products purchased from an authorized distributor must be returned to that distributor and the distributor will determine credit.


9. Credit may be denied or a restocking charge of20%assessed on any equipment returned incomplete or missing accessories. No Credit will be issued for any merchandise returned after 30 days.

10. Credit/refund will be applied to the next purchase.
