AFTER MY FIRST CONTACT WITH PETER I. I WAS CERTAIN HE COULD PUT TOGETHER THE PACKAGE I NEEDED. I WAS SENT PICTURES AND DESCRIPTIONS OF THE EQUIPMENT THAT HE SUGGESTED AND IT FIT MY NEEDS PERFECTLY. WHEN I DECIDED TO ORDER THE EQUIPMENT I HAD A VERY SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE IN MIND TO BECAUSE OF MY SCHEDULE AND I RECEIVED EVERYTHING ON THE DATE I REQUESTED.
THE BEST PART OF THIS OF ALL THIS WAS THE AFTER SALE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BECAUSE THIS WAS MY FIRST ATTEMPT AT PUTTING TOGETHER A SYSTEM LIKE THIS I HAD MANY QUESTIONS. I'm conscious that you are the least expensive webstore for many electronics devices... I have several S-VHS video-recorders and I love the picture quality. But in Canada, the S-VHS tapes are in the process of disappearance and are now very difficult to find! I know that the Fuji S-VHS Videocassette st-160 at 5.87 is THE CHEAPER price I seen on the web for a canadian customer! You are the only one to accept to ship to Canada and offer a very low price on all! It's sure that when I will need to buy these videocassettes or when I will have needs in electronics goods (not available either in Quebec or Canada, I will deal with you undoubtedly.
Moreover, it's almost certain that I will need these cassette in a little time and you can be sure that you are the first one in my list!!!

Once I received the shipped notice the product was received in a reasonable time.
Comment that would make the experience of ordering from you better.
I ordered a product that was hard to come by (ITTUSB turntable). It was on backorder for about three months. It would have been nice to receive say a monthly notice by e-mail that the order hasn't been lost etc, and you are still waiting for shipment from the manufacturer. Other than that I feel the service I received was great, and I will keep you in mind for future orders.
