The Time Clock |
The Easy Clocking® EC50 is our Proximity Smart-Card Employee Time and Attendance system designed for small to medium size businesses. With the Easy Clocking proximity smart-card authentication technology you can track employee’s time and attendance with the swipe of a card. Each employee is provided with a unique RFID proximity card, to clock in or out the employees passes the RFID card near the time clock and the EC50 will record the time of entry or exit. This in turn will make clocking in and out much faster for employees and at the same time saving companies time and money by paying employees for the exact time they work. Companies will also reduce costly payroll and data entry errors caused by the old time card system. | |

RFID Proximity Technology
The EC50 is equipped with an advanced RFID proximity card reader. RFID technology provides companies with a fast, and effective way to track employee time with the use of a proximity card. Each employee is provided with a unique RFID proximity card, to clock in or out the employees passes the RFID card near the time clock and the EC50 will record the time of entry or exit. |

Large LCD Display
The large easy to read LCD screen displays the current time, when clocking in or out the screen displays the employee name and the large LED bar light provides employees with a instant good (green) or bad (red) punch indications with voice prompt. | |

Standalone Operation
Unlike most of the time clocks sold today the Easy Clocking EC50 is a wall mounted standalone device and does not require a computer to collect employee time, it stores all employee information in it’s built-in memory, up to 200,000 employee transactions can be stored in the EC50 time clock, an internal battery ensures punches stored in the terminal are retained even in the event of a power outage. |

USB Plug & Play Connectivity
The employee data stored in the time clock is downloaded to a computer thru the quick & easy USB plug and play connection for automatically calculating and viewing the employee time and attendance records. | |
USB Memory Download

Network IP Connectivity
The Easy Clocking® EC50 comes with an optional built in ethernet 10/100 connection for LAN or WAN networks. When connected on a wide area network, you can connect as many time clocks as desired and administer the employee time records from a remote location. | |

The Easy Clocking® Employee Time and Attendance software is designed to automate employee time and attendance. The Easy Clocking® intuitive, easy to use interface will dramatically reduce the number of hours required to process employee time and attendance and automatically calculate total worked hours including overtime, vacation, sick days and holidays.
